The score was composed by Angelo Badalamenti, with additional music by Barry Adamson and the involvement of Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor. The film reached #7 on the Billboard 200 and achieved gold status in the US. Starring Bill Pullman as a convicted murderer who transforms into a young mechanic and begins a new life, Lost Highway includes the final film appearances of Robert Blake, Jack Nance, and Richard Pryor, as well as the acting debut of Marilyn Manson.
