Bo Reinecker, a celebrated high school football player, struggles to remember the events surrounding the murder of his girlfriend, Lisa Nolen. Declared not guilty due to insanity, he is confined to a psychiatric institution for four years. During his absence, Lisa’s family is determined to ensure Bo faces prison time. When Bo is released, escalating tensions lead Lisa’s family to take justice into their own hands.
