Four teenaged mutant ninja turtles come out from the shadows to defend New York City against a criminal gang of ninjas. The film was directed by Steve Barron and the screenplay was written by Kevin Eastman, Peter Laird, and Bobby Herbeck. Starring in the film are Judith Hoag, Elias Koteas, and Josh Pais.
